Q. What happens if the
insurance company wants to repair your car with "after
market parts"?
A. After Hours will do their best
to negotiate on your behalf with your insurance company, but if
your insurance company does not agree to use OEM parts, you will
be responsible to pay the difference for the part price increase.

Q. What do you do with
the rental car when the repairs are completed to your vehicle?
A. You may leave the rental car at
After Hours and we will notify the rental company for you.

Q. How long will the
repairs take on your vehicle?
A. Depending on the amount or repairs
needed and parts availability, 98% of the repairs done at After
Hours come in on Monday and are completed by Friday. We will contact
you to schedule a time and date to pick up your vehicle.
